Sales Support Administrator

At Tigerlily First Aid Training, our Sales Support team plays a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting the growth of our business. We're looking for a highly organised, customer-focused Sales Support Administrator to join our friendly office team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives on organisation and administration, and is looking to develop a career in sales. Working closely with our Sales Team, you'll build valuable commercial experience while ensuring our customer records, enquiries and internal systems are kept accurate and up to date.

What you'll be doing

As a Sales Support Administrator, you'll be responsible for supporting our sales function and maintaining excellent customer service by:

Contacting existing customers to update account information and ensure our CRM database remains accurate.
Maintaining and housekeeping customer records, ensuring all information is complete, accurate and up to date.
Supporting the Sales Team with administrative tasks, quotations and customer follow-up.
Answering incoming customer enquiries by telephone and email in a friendly and professional manner.
Processing customer information and ensuring documentation is completed accurately.
Assisting with lead management by updating customer interactions and allocating enquiries where appropriate.
Liaising with customers to gather outstanding information and resolve any administrative queries.
Supporting the wider office team with general administration duties.
Learning about our products and services to confidently support customers and develop your sales knowledge.

About you

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent organisational skills and is eager to develop within a commercial environment.

You'll likely have:

Previous experience in an administrative, customer service or office support role.
Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience using CRM or database systems (or the willingness to learn).
The ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
Confidence speaking with customers and building positive relationships.
A genuine interest in developing a career in sales and customer account management.
