Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanic to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Duties

Diagnose mechanical issues using specialized tools and techniques, then develop effective repair strategies.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, lubrication, and parts replacements to prevent equipment breakdowns.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery.
Conduct heavy lifting of equipment parts and components safely following established safety protocols.
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for tracking and reporting purposes.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems and implement solutions promptly.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot a wide range of machinery issues.
Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and hammers.
Experience operating power tools including drills, grinders, and pneumatic tools.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in accordance with safety guidelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
Good communication skills to effectively document work performed and collaborate with team members.
Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for manual tasks over extended periods.
