No1 Lounges is an award winning pay to use airport lounge located within Gatwick Airport offering a distinct and unique experience.

Our lounges in London Gatwick North & South Terminal have been awarded Tripadvisor’s® Travellers’ Choice® Awards for 2024. As well as World's Best Airport Lounge for Dining 2025 at the World Culinary Awards 2025 and Best VIP Lounge at the World Luxury Travel Awards 2025.

No1 believes pre flight lounging should be for everyone making it easier for our guests to eat drink and relax in style before they fly.

Our seven lounges in Gatwick offer the best seats in the airport with attentive service, seasonal dishes and a wide range of wines, beers and spirits so you can sit back and soak up the runway views.

PURPOSE

You truly are the first impression and set the tone for each guest's experience. By offering the warmest welcome and a smooth and informative check-in, you will ensure that our guests feel at ease and ready to sit back and relax.

Shift pattern of 2 early shifts (3.30am-1pm) then 2 late shifts (12.30pm-10pm) then 2 days off.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that presentation of the reception area is clean and tidy, as well as being 'presentation perfect' yourself
Consistent and professional engagement with guests, tailoring their experience where possible
Have an in-depth knowledge of all No1 Lounges' brands, services and products and be confident upselling.
To take ownership of the capacity of the lounge in line with bookings, invitations, passenger forecasts and flows
To understand airline contracts requirements and all channels of entry into the lounge
Cashing-up and billing completed accurately and on time

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
