Job Overview

At Willy’s, we are on a mission to bring sustainable, raw, and unfiltered goodness to the world through our premium Apple Cider Vinegar. Made from our 300-year-old orchards in Herefordshire, our ACV is grown with care, produced with integrity, and packed with the probiotic living Mother. We aren’t just selling a kitchen staple; we are leading a wellness movement rooted in regenerative farming, gut health, and exceptional British heritage.

We are looking for an energetic self-starter with a passion for building brands, driving sales, and championing functional, natural food and drink. As our Sales & Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence across retail and wholesale channels, managing key accounts, and shaping our digital wellness narrative.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Commercial Growth

Develop and implement robust sales strategies to drive commercial growth for Willy’s range of ACV, health shots, and functional beverages.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across major retail, wholesale, independent farm shops, and distributor channels.
Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts and retail buyers.
Manage negotiation processes, prepare sales forecasts, and conduct regular performance analysis to optimise our market presence.

Marketing & Brand Strategy

Design and execute creative marketing campaigns that highlight Willy's unique farm-to-bottle story and health benefits.
Oversee and execute all digital marketing activities, including social media management, educational email campaigns, and e-commerce/website content.
Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity in the functional food and gut-health sectors to identify fresh growth opportunities.
Represent Willy’s with pride at networking events, consumer exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure flawless order fulfilment and exceptional customer service.

Requirements & Qualifications

Industry Experience: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or commercial management specifically within the food, drink, FMCG, health & wellness, or functional beverage sectors.
Account Management: Direct experience working with retail buyers, distributors, or wholesale accounts (experience with premium independents or major UK grocery is a massive plus).
Digital Literacy: Strong digital marketing skills across social media platforms, email marketing software, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms.
Communication & Storytelling: Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and compellingly tell the Willy's brand story.
Execution: Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capability to work independently in a dynamic, fast paced farm and business environment.
