Job Introduction

Landmarc Support Services is recruiting a Project Manager to deliver a diverse portfolio of construction projects across the Defence Training Estate. This role suits someone who is motivated, organised and confident managing multi‑disciplinary projects that directly support military training capability through high‑quality infrastructure delivery.

Role Details

Salary: Up to £54,115.86
Car Allowance: £500 per month
Contract: Permanent, office‑based with up to 2 days WFH per week, Mon–Fri, 37 hrs
Location: Westdown Camp, Tilshead, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP3 4RS
Travel: Regional travel required throughout the South West; expenses provided

About the Organisation

Landmarc provides the essential support services that enable Armed Forces to train for frontline operations across the UK Defence Training Estate. We maintain safe, sustainable infrastructure, operate training areas and ranges, and deliver major projects that enhance vital military training assets. What You’ll Do

Manage and steer a portfolio of up to 40 construction, civils and M&E projects generally over the timeline of a financial year.
Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations across all projects
Oversee project design, planning and execution
Liaise with statutory bodies to secure approvals and permits
Manage supply chain contracts and ensure contractual compliance

Essential

HNC or equivalent in construction, project management or a related field
Proven experience managing construction or hard FM projects
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with IT tools including MS Project
Valid UK driving licence and a means of transport

Desirable

Experience managing multi‑disciplinary supply chains
Knowledge of MOD infrastructure processes
