Full job description

Join our dynamic Rapport team as a Facilities Co-ordinator. You will be based at a prestigious fashion company in the heart of London. This role combines reception duties with facilities management.

As a Facilities Co-ordinator, you will work closely with a small team of two to provide excellent guest experiences while ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Type of contract: Full-time, permanent

Hours: 32 per week (Monday-Thursday, shift rota basis between 8 AM and 5:30 PM)

Salary: £24,989 per annum

Main responsibilities

Overseeing the daily reception operations and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Managing the facilities duties, including maintenance and supplies.
Managing and booking meeting rooms.
Organising and manage the mail room.
Respond to any help desk tickets, ensuring prioritisation is kept in mind.
Coordinating with vendors and service providers for facility needs.
Assisting their retail stores with training and admin.

The ideal candidate will
