Job Summary

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Pharmacy Assistant/Dispenser, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient dispensing of medications and providing exceptional patient care. Duties

Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
Verify medication orders, ensuring correctness and adherence to safety protocols
Manage inventory by stock checking, ordering supplies, and maintaining organized storage
Provide guidance to patients on medication usage, storage, and potential side effects
Support medication administration processes under supervision, ensuring compliance with regulations
Maintain detailed records of dispensed medications, patient interactions, and inventory logs
Ensure the pharmacy environment remains clean, safe, and compliant with health standards

Qualifications

Prior experience as a pharmacy technician or assistant is highly desirable
Knowledge of medication administration procedures and pharmacy software systems
Strong commitment to patient care with excellent communication skills
Ability to work accurately under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Certification or training in pharmacy assistance or related fields is a plus
Demonstrated understanding of pharmacy safety protocols and inventory management
Enthusiastic team player with a proactive approach to supporting healthcare delivery
