As our business continues to grow across Sheffield, we're looking for an Office Assistant who's organised, dependable, and takes real pride in keeping things ticking over.

You don't need years of experience. What matters is your attitude, your reliability, and your willingness to learn.

The Difference You'll Make

You'll be at the heart of the office, supporting the team so everyone else can focus on their own priorities.

Some days will be steady. Others will be busier than expected. Either way, you'll stay organised, keep on top of what needs doing, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You'll also work closely with your colleagues, helping coordinate day-to-day tasks and contributing to a positive, well-run environment that the whole team benefits from.

Every Day You'll...

Handle calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally. Manage diaries, schedules, and meeting arrangements. Keep records, files, and office systems accurate and up to date. Order and manage office supplies and equipment. Support colleagues and management with day-to-day admin tasks. Welcome visitors and help create a great first impression. Learn new skills through practical coaching and development.

You'll Enjoy This Role If...

You like being organised and on top of things. You naturally notice when something needs sorting out. You enjoy variety rather than doing the same thing all day. You believe being reliable and easy to work with makes all the difference.

Experience in office administration, reception, customer service, or a similar role is useful, but it isn't essential. We're far more interested in finding someone who brings organisation, reliability, and a positive mindset.
