The Opportunity

We are looking for a confident, commercially aware and relationship-led Client Relationship Manager to join our Client Relationships team. This is a key role within Fix Auto UK, responsible for developing and maintaining strong strategic partnerships with insurance, fleets and commercial clients while ensuring the group consistently delivers against agreed service standards and client expectations.

Acting as the primary point of contact for allocated clients, you will build trusted relationships, monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement and support the delivery of client strategies that benefit Fix Auto UK, our franchise partners and the customers we collectively serve.

What You’ll Be Doing

Acting as the relationship owner for a portfolio of key clients.
Building strong, trusted and commercially focused relationships with client stakeholders.
Understanding client objectives and aligning the group’s delivery to support their requirements.
Monitoring client performance, service levels and agreed contractual measures.
Analysing data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and areas for continuous improvement.
Working collaboratively with franchisees, Regional Business Managers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
Preparing and presenting client performance reports, reviews and business updates.
Supporting client retention, growth opportunities, contract renewals and new client initiatives.
Maintaining accurate client records, action plans and follow-up activity.

About You

Experienced in client relationship management, account management, customer success, service delivery or a similar commercially focused role.
A confident communicator who can build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
Commercially aware, with the ability to balance client expectations, operational delivery and business objectives.
Comfortable using performance data to support decision-making and drive improvement.
Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Collaborative in approach, with the ability to work across teams and influence positive outcomes.
Professional, resilient and solutions-focused, particularly when managing challenging conversations or escalations.
Experience within automotive, accident repair, insurance, fleet or franchised group environments would be advantageous.
