Production Operator Vacancies

Location: Europarc, Grimsby (DN37 9TS)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Pay: Starting from £13.10 per hour
Average Weekly Hours: 43

What You'll Be Doing

Working as part of our production team, you'll help manufacture high-quality packaging products while ensuring our safety and quality standards are met.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

Operating manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
Setting up and monitoring production processes.
Carrying out routine machine safety and quality checks.
Recording production data and completing relevant documentation.
Identifying and reporting quality or equipment issues.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Reducing waste and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Working closely with colleagues to achieve daily production targets.
Providing clear communication during shift handovers.

Full training will be provided on all equipment and processes.

Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential, as full training is available for the right candidates.

Shift Pattern

You'll work a 12-hour rotating shift pattern, giving you regular extended breaks throughout the month.

The rotation includes:

5 day shifts
2 day shifts
5 night shifts
2 night shifts

This pattern provides an average of 43 paid hours per week, with 7 days off every 14 days, helping to support a healthy work-life balance.
