Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic CRM & Email Campaign Manager to lead our customer relationship management initiatives and drive impactful email marketing campaigns. In this role, you will develop innovative strategies to engage our audience, optimize communication channels, and enhance customer loyalty. Your expertise will help us deliver personalized experiences that boost brand awareness and revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional passionate about marketing, data analysis, and digital communication to make a significant impact within a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Design, execute, and optimize targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers across B2B (business-to-business) channels.
Manage CRM platforms to segment audiences effectively, ensuring tailored messaging that resonates with diverse customer groups.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, content creators, and IT to develop compelling copy and creative assets using Adobe Photoshop and other design tools.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and other analysis tools; analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Oversee social media management efforts related to email campaigns, ensuring consistency across channels and maximizing engagement.
Implement SEO best practices within content strategies to improve visibility and reach of email communications and landing pages built on WordPress or similar platforms.
Lead project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of campaigns, coordinate resources efficiently, and maintain organizational standards.
Utilize Google Ads and other digital advertising tools to support integrated marketing efforts that complement email outreach.
Develop reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate campaign results, insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in B2B marketing, email marketing best practices, IT tools, and digital marketing innovations.

Experience

Proven experience managing CRM systems and executing successful email marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
Strong management skills with the ability to lead projects, coordinate teams, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Demonstrated proficiency in SEO strategies, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, and social media management tools.
Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to craft compelling copy tailored for diverse audiences.
Solid understanding of marketing principles combined with analysis skills to interpret data insights for continuous improvement.
Experience in project management methodologies with a focus on time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of IT systems relevant to digital marketing platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
