Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. In this vital role, you will support daily office operations, coordinate communications, and ensure smooth administrative processes across our projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving construction company while honing your skills in a fast-paced environment.

This is a part-time permanent position, but we are flexible on the hours of work, salary negotiable depending on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct inquiries appropriately
Maintain organized records of project documentation, correspondence, and administrative files
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating project timelines
Support financial processes by handling invoicing and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
Ensure office supplies are stocked and manage general clerical duties to keep the office running efficiently
Provide annual leave cover for Office Manager

Skills

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with data entry and clerical tasks in a professional setting
Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication skills
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
Strong typing skills for efficient document processing
Prior administrative experience in construction or related industries is advantageous
