About the Role

Are you a recent postgraduate ready to turn your academic knowledge into practical professional experience?

We are looking for a motivated Post Graduate Trainee to join our team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for postgraduate candidates and career starters who want to develop skills across business operations, customer service, administration, communication and team coordination.

No previous professional experience is required. Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided.

You will work alongside experienced colleagues, gain hands-on business experience and gradually take on greater responsibility as your skills and confidence develop.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day business and operational activities.
Assist with customer service and professional communications.
Support administrative tasks, records and documentation.
Assist with sales, business development or team activities where required.
Help coordinate daily tasks, schedules and priorities.
Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues and business contacts.
Monitor assigned tasks and provide relevant updates.
Support team meetings, projects and business activities.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.

Transferable experience from customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, sales, marketing, events or operations is beneficial but not required.
