Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Receptionist, where you'll be the friendly face and efficient coordinator that keeps our office running smoothly. This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your organizational talents, exceptional communication skills, and positive attitude. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you’ll create a welcoming environment while managing essential administrative tasks that support our daily operations. Your energy and professionalism will help foster a productive and engaging workplace atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, transferring calls or taking messages as needed.
Manage front desk operations, including maintaining visitor logs and security procedures.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
Maintain organized office supplies inventory and coordinate restocking when necessary.
Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to support administrative functions.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings to streamline daily activities.
Support clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

Proven office experience or administrative background demonstrating strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic data entry.
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute for effective data entry.
Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus but not required.
Previous clerical experience that highlights reliability and proactive problem-solving abilities.
