About Us

Adam Bernard Solicitors is a well-established London-based law firm providing a wide range of legal services to individuals and businesses across the UK. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent client care, professional service, and practical legal solutions across multiple practice areas.

We are currently seeking a confident, professional, and target-driven Receptionist / Telesales & Call Centre Representative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, customer service experience, and the confidence to manage client enquiries in a busy legal environment.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, client enquiries, appointment bookings, telesales follow-ups, and front desk reception duties whilst maintaining a professional and welcoming experience for all clients and visitors.

The role requires excellent communication skills, organisation, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities (Not Exhaustive)Reception Duties

Telesales & Call Centre Duties

Making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
Following up legal enquiries and converting leads into appointments.
Explaining the Firm’s services professionally and confidently.
Managing call logs, client records, and enquiry databases.
Assisting with lead generation and client follow-up activities.
Handling high volumes of telephone enquiries efficiently.
Maintaining excellent client care standards at all times.
Supporting departments with client onboarding and initial enquiries.

Administrative & Operational Support

Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records.
Assisting with document preparation and administrative tasks.
Coordinating with solicitors and departments regarding appointments and enquiries.
Supporting the Firm with operational and client service tasks where required.
Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with office procedures and GDPR requirements.

Pay: Up to £21.71 per hour
