Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Client Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone seeking hours that fit around school commitments, offering flexibility whilst maintaining a rewarding and professional career in practice.

As a Client Manager your role will involve:

Managing a portfolio of 40-50 clients across a range of sectors.
Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts for limited companies & sole traders.
Preparing and submitting VAT Returns.
Preparing Corporation Tax returns.
Preparing Personal Tax returns.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responding to client queries and providing ongoing support and advice.
Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc client and practice matters as required.

The Ideal Client Manager candidate will have:

Previous experience working within an accountancy practice environment.
Experience managing a portfolio of clients independently.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
The ability to prioritise work and manage deadlines effectively.
A proactive and organised approach.
Strong attention to detail.

Experience with the following software would be highly advantageous:

CCH
Xero
TaxCalc
FreeAgent
