Job Summary

Join our vibrant team as a Bartender/Server, where your energy and hospitality will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, craft delicious drinks, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude will be key to thriving in this lively environment. Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks
Take accurate food and drink orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems and relay them efficiently to kitchen staff
Ensure food safety standards are consistently followed in handling and serving food and beverages
Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service
Keep the work area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies at all times
Assist in setting up the bar or dining area before service and breaking down after closing shifts
Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and process payments securely
Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items to answer guest questions confidently and make recommendations
Collaborate with team members to create a lively, welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits

Experience

Previous experience working in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
Strong understanding of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service (serving) standards
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
Familiarity with restaurant operations or similar roles enhances your ability to succeed in this position
