Commercial Sales Executive – London Showroom

£35,000 basic | £48k–£55k OTE, uncapped | 151 Goswell Road, near Barbican | Full-time, Mon-Fri 9am to 5.30pm | Free travel to work

We're DCTUK — commercial flooring that ain't boring. Our clients include Netflix, Starbucks, McDonald's, Tesco, Manchester Airport, the NHS and the UK Government. We're growing fast, and we need one more strong salesperson in our London showroom to grow with us.

The role

This one gives you the best of both worlds. You'll have your own desk in our high-profile London showroom, where you'll spend your focused time on outbound calls, quotes and prospecting to keep your pipeline full. But you're not stuck at it — you'll also welcome walk-in commercial clients, host showroom appointments, and get out to offices and sites for face-to-face visits and surveys.

From day one you'll be turning conversations into signed orders: phone prospecting, showroom walk-ins, client visits and fast follow-ups. It's a quick-moving day. You will not be watching the clock.

What you'll do

Own your desk: consistent outbound calling, fast quotes for commercial clients, and steady prospecting to keep your pipeline stacked
Host face-to-face appointments and give walk-in commercial clients a brilliant experience — and win the order before they leave
Get out of the showroom for office visits and site surveys, building honest, in-person relationships
Work at pace: qualify leads quickly, follow up relentlessly, and get deals over the line
Keep your CRM (Hubspot) ridiculously organised so no lead ever slips through the cracks
Stay top of mind with clients using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, video and email

What we're looking for

A natural at closing deals — you know how to ask for the order and get it over the line
Someone who wins business: sharp, organised, and able to juggle a serious volume of live leads without dropping any
An honest, grounded communicator who's just as good face-to-face as on the phone
Speed and follow-through — you like working hard, moving fast, and doing things properly
Active on LinkedIn, daily. If you don't use LinkedIn, this role isn't for you
Experience of using Hubspot is preferable
Resilient — rejection bounces off you, and you're hungry to hit targets the right way
A genuine sense of humour (we take our results seriously, not ourselves)

Previous sales experience is a big plus, but drive, strong values and a great attitude beat experience every single day. Whether you're already proven or ready to step up, we'll coach you on the rest.
