Sittingbourne, Kent

We’re looking for an Administrator to join our Learning & Culture team here at Southern Housing.

Reporting to the Training Compliance Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring strong foundations are in place for the work of a busy customer focused team by providing excellent administrative support. You’ll work with the L&C Coordinator and wider team to deliver excellence in course organisation, customer service, system administration and maintenance and general administration that supports the team to deliver a great learning experience across Southern Housing.

This role is offered on a part-time basis of 17.5 hours per week. Your working pattern will be agreed with your manager to support both business and individual needs.

Key responsibilities will include:

Providing a comprehensive end to end administration service for all Learning & Culture activity
Being a Learning & Culture Ambassador through providing a proactive first contact point for all customers
Supporting engagement with learning through innovative and engaging promotional activity across Southern Housing
Administering day to day purchase orders, updating budget information and supporting provider set up on procurement systems
Delivering effective, accurate and meaningful learning & culture data in the form of reports, dashboards and other appropriate methods of visualisation
Supporting with events and learning and culture activities across the business
Utilising various systems to administer, maintain and monitor learning and culture activity and services to customers

What you’ll need:

A keen eye for detail
Strong computer skills (Microsoft suite)
A logical approach to tasks
Complete focus on the customer at all times
Passion for learning
Experience of the application of learning
Great communication skills across a variety of media that engage the audience
Creativity and innovation
Great organisation skills
Ability and commitment to travel to all Southern Housing locations
