Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately, providing expert patient care, and ensuring the safe administration of pharmaceuticals. Your expertise will support optimal patient outcomes through precise medication management and personalized counseling. Responsibilities

Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently, verifying dosage and appropriateness based on patient needs.
Provide comprehensive patient care by offering medication counseling, answering questions, and educating patients on proper medication usage and potential side effects.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to review prescriptions, clarify instructions, and ensure safe medication practices.
Maintain detailed records of medication dispensed, patient interactions, and inventory management.
Monitor patient responses to medications, report adverse reactions, and adjust therapy as needed in coordination with medical teams.
Ensure compliance with all legal regulations, safety protocols, and pharmacy standards related to medication administration.
Stay current with new medications, medical guidelines, and anatomy knowledge to provide the highest level of care.

Qualifications

Valid pharmacy license or certification as required by local regulatory authorities.
Proven experience working as a Pharmacist, preferably with ICU experience or in critical care settings.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, pharmacology, and medication administration procedures.
Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and support patients and healthcare teams.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
