Customer Care Advisor - for Moshulu - Monday to Friday 8.30-5.00.

Overview

In the role of Customer Care Advisor you will be a brand ambassador, demonstrating a clear understanding of our brand values, interacting with our customers to deliver a smile in all communication.

Job Responsibilities:

To deliver excellent, ‘right first time’ customer service through engaging with the customer, resolving their queries with empathy and a willingness to help
Offer the best advice, providing practical solutions whilst embedding confidence in the brand, ensuring offers, promotions, add on sales and alternatives are offered to maximise profit opportunities
Deliver excellent customer service built on the core foundations of ‘honesty and integrity’, inputting to regular reviews and making improvement recommendations to enable continual improvement
Driven to answer all calls and enquiries in a timely manner, working in equal collaboration with the other customer care advisors and external sales team
Be a product expert, ensuring you and the customer care team are always up to date with the latest product, process and company innovations
Understand and deliver customer care policies and procedures, keeping up to date with any changes
Ensure customer records are updated and maintained at every opportunity with accurate data collection
Assist the retail team answering queries, placing stock orders, stock collections and escalating problems that are not immediately solvable
Identify trends in product exchanges / returns, providing feedback to line manager and communicating with Product Development department when relevant
Provide support to all other areas of our business, ensuring that our excellence in care is apparent wherever required
Support annual stocktake and carry out other tasks and duties as required

Experience/Knowledge/Skills Required:

Ability to work within a call centre environment
Passion for customer care / service
Good telephone / email etiquette
Strong communication skills
Customer centric negotiation skills

Pay: £26,844.60 per year
