Trainee Customer Experience Assistant | Liverpool, UK | Full-Time | Entry Level

We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Trainee Customer Experience Assistant to join our growing team in Liverpool, UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career in customer experience through a structured training programme. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting customers, delivering exceptional service, and helping create positive customer journeys while developing valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Your Responsibilities

As a Trainee Customer Experience Assistant, you'll:

Assist customers with enquiries, products, and services while delivering exceptional customer support.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Resolve customer concerns promptly with guidance from experienced team members.
Learn company products, services, and internal processes to provide accurate information.

Support customer engagement initiatives and promotional activities.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives.
Ensure company standards are maintained during every customer interaction.
