Location: Rebecca Adlington Centre, Mansfield, NG19 7BZ
Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour plus commission and excellent benefits
Schedule: Permanent, Part-time, average of 12-13 hours per week, Week 1: Tuesday 2.30pm to 9.30pm, Thursday 4.30pm to 9.30pm / Week 2: Tuesday 2pm to 9.30pm / Week 3: Monday 4pm to 9.30pm, Thursday 4pm to 9.30pm, Friday 2pm to 9.30pm

As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, creating a welcoming environment and helping people access the facilities and services they need. Through excellent customer care and professional support, you'll play an important role in delivering a positive impact on communities and helping more people enjoy active, healthy lifestyles.

What you’ll do as a Receptionist

Provide excellent customer service face to face and over the telephone
Manage reception duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Process new memberships and manage new member enquiries
Promote health and fitness services and swimming lessons, and membership upgrades
Handle cash transactions and follow financial procedures accurately
Support colleagues across the team when required
Maintain a safe and compliant environment in line with policies and procedures
Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders to deliver consistent service excellence

Confidence handling cash and maintaining accurate records
The ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve customer queries effectively
Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive approach
