Job Overview
We are looking for a professional and personable Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients’ appearance and wellbeing through specialised beauty treatments. This role offers an opportunity to utilise your skills in a welcoming environment, providing exceptional customer service and tailored beauty solutions. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a professional appearance at all times.

Duties

Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, lash and brow treatments
Provide personalised consultations to understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable services
Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment environment in accordance with health and safety standards
Ensure all equipment and products are used correctly and stored appropriately
Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere
Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services

Requirements

Proven experience beauty therapy treatments
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Professional appearance with a friendly and approachable demeanour
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends or evenings
Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy
