Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Administrator with sales experience to join our team immediately. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations while actively contributing to sales administration processes. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional customer service. Duties

Manage and coordinate sales administration tasks, including order processing, invoicing, and data entry
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and administrative documentation.
Support the sales team by preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Word.
Assist with customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional responses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Organize meetings, schedule appointments, and manage calendars efficiently to optimize team productivity.
Utilize computer literacy skills to update databases such as Sage accounting software and CRM systems regularly.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless administrative support across the organization.

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on sales support or sales administration.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
Knowledge of Sage accounting software is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
Computer literacy with a solid understanding of IT systems and general office equipment.
Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Previous experience working with customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.
A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
