Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Part-Time Bar Staff member, where your enthusiasm and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards.
Take orders from guests promptly, providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces to meet food safety standards.
Manage cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle basic math calculations for billing.
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices and prevent over-intoxication.
Restock bar supplies as needed, including beverages, garnishes, and utensils to ensure smooth service flow.
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food safety and alcohol service to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Skills

Strong background in hospitality with previous restaurant or bar experience preferred.
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices.
Excellent communication skills to engage with guests warmly and professionally.
Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Demonstrated ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and shift schedules as needed.
Ability to work weekends and evenings.
