Customer Success Manager

Go Live Data | Central Manchester | Full time, office based

The short version

We're a B2B data and marketing business in central Manchester, and we've grown to the point where we need another person to help onboard and manage the many clients we're bringing on. That's this job. You'd manage your own client accounts day to day, report directly to the CEO, and have real say in how we do things as we grow.

About us

Go Live Data launched in 2020 and we've grown quickly since. We combine our own UK B2B data with marketing technology and an in-house creative studio, and in 2024 we acquired MIB Data Solutions to build out our fleet and automotive side. Our clients range from names like AXA Health, Scottish Power, and IHG through to a wide mix of SMEs.

We're a close-knit team. We move quickly and we care about doing things properly, and those two things aren't in tension here because we hire people who can do both.

What you'll actually be doing

Acting as the main point of contact for your own set of clients
Setting up campaigns, keeping them on track, and making sure clients get what they asked for, when they expect it
Representing your clients inside the business, so their needs turn into clear actions for the team
Tracking and forecasting account metrics
Coordinating with colleagues on shared accounts so the service stays consistent
Working with sales to spot chances to grow each relationship
Managing several clients and deadlines at once, keeping accurate records as you go

What we're looking for

Account management experience, ideally where clients stuck around because of how you looked after them
A track record of solving problems with the client's interests front of mind
Strong project management, you can run several things at once without dropping any of them
The ability to listen well, negotiate fairly and communicate clearly
Confidence presenting to clients and guiding their decisions

You report to the CEO, not into three layers of management. You own your clients from day one. And because we're still shaping how customer success works here, you'll have a genuine hand in building it.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
