Our people are our most important resource, and we’re seeking an Sales Engineer to join our team. You have a great passion for modern technology and are driven by your energy to identify and resolve complex problems while providing excellent customer service. Sales Engineers are responsible for satisfying the needs of those about to become customers in an effort to maximize their experience with SOTI products. This includes providing technical support, revenue generation in net new customer acquisition and add-on sales, partner enablement training, and following up on existing support cases as needed. This position demands that one maintains a high level of customer service through interactions as a SOTI representative and consistently engages with the sales team to identify revenue opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Drive revenue growth by partnering with enterprise customers to understand their business challenges and deliver tailored mobility and enterprise solutions.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, from discovery to closing.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to technical and executive stakeholders, including C-level audiences.
Design and present solution architectures, clearly articulating both business value and technical capabilities.
Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs), providing hands-on technical support, installation, and configuration of enterprise software solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them on best practices and ensuring successful solution adoption.
Own and support technical responses to RFPs, working cross-functionally to deliver high-quality submissions.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on SOTI solutions, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues, partners, and customers.
Provide market insights and technical guidance to support sales strategy and identify new business opportunities.
Enable and support strategic partners through onboarding, training, and ongoing technical development.
Represent SOTI at trade shows, webinars, customer events, and executive business reviews.

Experience You’ll Bring

Experience related to mobile device management solutions and enterprise mobility (Android, iOS, Linux, Windows), BYOD, and SaaS and prior experience working as a pre-sales / sales engineer.
Able to plan, prioritize and organize workload, consistently working within service standards and agreed objectives.
Knowledge of computer networking principles (DNS, IP network, Firewalls, etc.) and of Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Application Management (IAM), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), the Identity provider (IdP), certificates, encryption, etc.
Understanding and experience with Databases (i.e., MS SQL server, MY-SQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Good understanding and/or knowledge of business processes & sales cycles.
Understanding and hands-on experience with containerization and virtualization.
Excellent written and verbal communication with demonstrated ability to communicate the complexities of technical programs.
