Job Description

BLISS ROUTIE COURIER LTD is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to support the continued growth and expansion of our courier and logistics operations across the United Kingdom. As the company continues to secure new contracts and expand its customer base, we require a dedicated professional to identify new business opportunities, strengthen commercial relationships, and develop long-term growth strategies that will increase revenue and enhance our market presence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new commercial contracts, developing partnerships with businesses requiring courier and logistics solutions, negotiating service agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. They will analyse market trends, monitor competitor activity, prepare sales forecasts and business development strategies, and work closely with senior management to implement plans that support the company’s commercial objectives.

The role also includes preparing business proposals and presentations, attending client meetings and networking events, identifying opportunities for service expansion, monitoring customer satisfaction, and ensuring that the company’s services remain competitive within the logistics sector. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with operational teams to ensure client requirements are delivered efficiently while supporting continuous improvement and business growth.
