Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, driving new business opportunities through proactive outreach and engaging communication. Responsibilities

Initiate contact with prospective clients through outbound telemarketing calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate interest in our products and services

Maintain detailed records of all interactions within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce
Nurture leads through consistent follow-up, providing information and addressing questions to move prospects through the sales funnel
Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and improve lead quality
Conduct research on potential clients and industry trends to identify new opportunities for engagement
Track and report on key performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and pipeline growth

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing, demonstrating strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset
Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable to support diverse client outreach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience working with CRM tools and maintaining accurate activity logs is preferred
