Composite Boat Builders & Laminators

Lymington & Hythe, Hampshire

We're looking for experienced Composite Boat Builders and Laminators to join our growing team, working on a diverse range of high-performance marine projects. Whether your experience comes from racing yachts, superyachts or commercial vessels, we'd love to hear from you.

Current Projects

60ft Carbon Canting Keel Racing Yacht
100ft Bluewater Cruising Catamaran Refit
Multiple 80ft Composite Commercial Vessels
Supply of composite panels and structures to boatbuilders across Europe

Composite Boat Builders

We're looking for people with experience in lightweight composite construction, including:

Carbon fibre
Racing yachts
Superyachts
Commercial composite vessels

Laminators

Experience in any of the following is highly desirable:

Prepreg laminating
Resin infusion
Vacuum bagging
Wet lay-up
Vacuum table panel production
High-quality hand lay-up

What We're Looking For

Proven composite boatbuilding or laminating experience
Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Health & Safety conscious
Reliable, punctual and a strong team player

Pay & Career Opportunities

Permanent and self-employed opportunities available
PAYE rates from £16.00 per hour, depending on experience
Subcontractors - Up to £29.00 per hour for experienced Carbon Composite Boat Builders with leadership experience
Subcontractors - Up to £25.00 per hour for experienced Laminators with prepreg and infusion experience
Competitive permanent salaries
