Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Grill Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality grilled dishes that delight our guests. Your expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety will ensure every meal meets our high standards of excellence. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes with consistency, flavor, and presentation in mind
Follow established recipes and portion controls to ensure quality and efficiency
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, adhering to food safety standards at all times
Assist in meal preparation by chopping ingredients, marinating meats, and setting up cooking stations
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure perfect results and prevent overcooking or undercooking
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal service and ensure timely delivery of orders
Serve dishes promptly while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety throughout the process

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or similar setting
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques specific to grilling and meal preparation
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in a commercial kitchen environment
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving guests
Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued highly
