TikTok Shop Account Executive / Client Success & Operations

About Tockit

Tockit is a growing TikTok Shop agency helping brands launch, manage and scale their TikTok Shop presence.

We're growing our client base and are looking for a highly organised, proactive person to join us and help manage the day-to-day delivery of our client accounts.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business at an early stage, work directly with the founder and develop into a key role within the agency.

About the Role

As a TikTok Shop Account Executive, you'll help manage the day-to-day operations of multiple client accounts.

You'll be responsible for making sure tasks are completed, clients are kept up to date, account activity is monitored and opportunities or problems are identified quickly.

The role combines:

Client management
TikTok Shop operations
E-commerce
Creator and affiliate management
Administration
Performance monitoring
Growth support

You'll initially work closely with the founder, with the opportunity to take increasing ownership of client accounts as you develop.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day tasks across multiple TikTok Shop client accounts
Ensure client deliverables are completed on time
Monitor TikTok Shop accounts and performance
Track sales, products, creators, affiliates and campaigns
Assist with TikTok Shop product and account management
Coordinate creator outreach and sample requests
Support affiliate management
Communicate with clients and provide regular updates
Prepare reports and performance summaries
Maintain internal trackers and systems
Identify problems and flag them before they become larger issues
Identify opportunities to improve client performance
Support the implementation of account growth strategies
Help with client onboarding
Help improve Tockit's processes and systems
Take ownership of recurring account management tasks

For example, if you notice that a client's creator activity has dropped, we want you to investigate it, understand why and bring a solution to the table — not simply wait until somebody asks you about it.

Progression

This is an early-stage role within a growing agency, so there is significant opportunity for progression.

As Tockit grows, you'll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility for client accounts, strategy and potentially team management.

The aim is for the right person to grow with the business rather than remain in an administrative role.

We're looking for someone with the right attitude, initiative and ability to learn. TikTok Shop experience is a bonus, but it's not the deciding factor.

Pay: £164.98-£909.36 per week
