Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts. Your proactive approach, combined with excellent communication skills and analysis capabilities, will help expand our market presence and deliver exceptional value to our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead sales initiatives, leverage innovative tools like Salesforce, and contribute to a vibrant team dedicated to excellence.

Duties

Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new business clients across various industries
Identify potential leads through market analysis, networking, and research to expand the customer base
Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closing deals
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using Salesforce CRM software
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and product development to align sales efforts with company goals
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities for growth

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client relationships and sales pipelines
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and influence clients and team members
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive attitude with a passion for driving business success and building lasting client partnerships

Pay: £34,000.00 per year
