Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development or sales within a relevant industry sector.
Proficiency in CRM software systems, particularly Salesforce, with the ability to leverage these tools for maximum efficiency.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market data and develop innovative growth strategies.
Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Relevant qualifications in business administration, marketing, or related fields are preferred but not essential.
