Southfield Road, Eynsham, OX29 4JB | Full-time, 40 hrs/week (Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm) | £29,244.80 per annum, DOE

About the Role

We're looking for a naturally organised, dependable Office Administrator to join our Oxford team. This role sits at the heart of how our customers experience Seldram day to day, processing orders accurately, answering queries, keeping our reporting on time, and making sure our online customer portals and invoicing are always right. If you take pride in getting the details correct even when things are busy, this role is built for you.

Seldram Supplies is a family-run cleaning, hygiene and facilities distributor with 47 years in the trade, supplying over 1,500 products across the South East on a free next-day delivery service. What You'll Do

Process customer orders accurately and promptly, primarily via email.
Field incoming calls and enquiries, resolving what you can and routing the rest to the right person.
Compile and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports on time, every time.
Maintain our online customer portals, keeping invoicing accurate and up to date.
Flag issues early and follow process rather than cutting corners under pressure; accuracy matters more than speed here.

What We're Looking For

Required:

A driven, conscientious, get-it-done attitude, balanced with genuine care for accuracy and process.
Basic working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Some prior experience in a workplace environment.

No industry-specific experience is required; we'll teach you our products and systems. What matters most is how you work.

Preferred (nice to have):

Previous experience with order processing, invoicing or online customer portals.
Confidence handling customer calls and enquiries.
