The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Law (Insolvency & Restructuring) Paralegal to join our highly regarded Corporate team.

Working closely with our Insolvency & Restructuring Legal Advisers, you will support a broad range of corporate and insolvency matters for insolvency practitioners, lenders, directors, shareholders, and businesses across a variety of sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with 1–3 years’ experience who is looking to further develop their expertise within a market-leading team and gain exposure to high-quality, complex work.

Key responsibilities will include:

Assisting with corporate and insolvency transactions and case management.
Preparing legal documents, reports, and correspondence.
Undertaking legal research and drafting first-stage documentation.
Supporting the team on company administrations, liquidations, restructurings, and business sales.
Managing due diligence processes and reviewing documentation.
Liaising with clients, insolvency practitioners, lenders, and other professional advisers.
Maintaining matter files and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures.
Supporting Legal Advisers with billing, matter management, and project coordination.

About You

We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and commercially aware individual who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

The successful candidate will have:

1–3 years’ paralegal experience within corporate law, insolvency, restructuring, banking, or a related commercial practice area.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A client-focused approach and a willingness to take ownership of your work.
Strong IT skills and experience using case management systems.
A genuine interest in developing a career within corporate law, insolvency, and restructuring.

Previous experience supporting insolvency and restructuring matters would be advantageous but is not essential.
