Procurement & Technical Buyer

About the Role
SIP Kits UK designs and manufactures Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) kits for homes and commercial buildings. We are looking for a Procurement & Technical Buyer to source and purchase materials, ensuring everything is ordered correctly and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and purchase materials from trusted suppliers.
Build and maintain good supplier relationships.
Read basic technical drawings to identify the correct materials.
Work closely with the design and production teams.
Negotiate the best prices while maintaining quality.
Ensure materials are ordered on time to meet production schedules.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience in purchasing or procurement (manufacturing or construction preferred).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Organised with strong attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
A proactive approach and good problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £29,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
