Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Labourer to join our team, contributing to a variety of groundworks, landscaping, and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape maintenance, This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse tasks that require landscaping knowledge and practical skills in outdoor environments. The position is paid and suitable for individuals eager to develop their expertise within a dynamic team setting

Duties

Operating machinery such as excavators and other power tools safely and efficiently
Using hand tools for construction and general maintenance tasks
Performing routine equipment inspections and basic repairs
Supporting excavation activities and site preparation
Ensuring work areas are kept clean, safe, and organised
Collaborating with team members to complete projects on time and to high standards

Skills

Proven experience in landscape ,groundworks
Mechanical knowledge relevant to construction and maintenance equipment
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
Experience operating excavators or similar machinery is desirable
being able to work with a team and individually
Ability to perform general maintenance tasks efficiently
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Physical fitness to undertake manual labour in outdoor environments
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
