Full job description

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting day-to-day site operations and assisting skilled tradespeople to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with loading and unloading materials
Keeping the worksite clean and organised
Keeping the unit clean, tidy, and well organised at all times
Collecting, sorting, and disposing of waste appropriately
Driving a company van to transport waste to the recycling centre
Supporting tradespeople (e.g. builders, electricians, plumbers)
Operating basic tools and equipment
Following health and safety regulations at all times
Performing general manual labour tasks as required

Requirements

Previous labouring or construction experience preferred but not essential
Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work well as part of a team
CSCS card (preferred/required depending on role)
