Roofing Gang Required

JMKB Construction Ltd are looking for an experienced Roofing Gang (2:1) for a new build residential development in Swadlincote, DE11 and a build other sites round the East Midlands

Immediate start available
Price work / subcontract basis
Ongoing opportunities for the right gang

We are looking for reliable and experienced roofers with previous experience working on new build housing developments and other projects.

Requirements:

Valid CSCS cards
Own tools and transport
Ability to work to programme and maintain high quality workmanship
Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements within the construction industry
Commitment to maintaining a safe and tidy working environment on site

How to Apply
Please send your CV and a brief cover message outlining your relevant experience and availability, and your days rates for the roofers and your labourer.

This role is offered on a self-employed/contractor basis.

Applicants must be registered as self-employed and, if successful, will be required to hold valid Public Liability Insurance (minimum £5 million cover) prior to commencing any work.
