Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our fast-paced and growing sales team at UltraLEDs.

If you’re organised, proactive and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in sales within a dynamic and ambitious business.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our sales function, ensuring a seamless customer experience and helping the team operate efficiently day-to-day.

The Role

As a Sales Support Administrator, you’ll work closely with our Account Managers and wider teams to support customer enquiries, manage quotations and keep our internal processes running smoothly.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people and being at the heart of a busy commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales team with day-to-day activities and maintain accurate systems and records
Prepare and send customer quotations in a timely manner
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, Freshdesk and social media channels
Assist customers at our Click & Collect counter, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues and share customer feedback
Collect and analyse data to support sales performance and business decisions
Develop strong product knowledge to support the sales process

About You

Minimum 1 year’s experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Confident using Excel and working with data
Able to prioritise and manage workload in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, hands-on and willing to take ownership
Experience using Freshdesk or similar systems is beneficial but not essential
