Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a dynamic environment, contributing to memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas using freshly imported Italian produce.
Ensure all food is prepared safely, hygienically, and in compliance with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing up and equipment maintenance alongside EHO & food safety regulations
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to minimise waste
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
Serve dishes promptly and professionally to guests, maintaining excellent customer service standards at a high volume
Producing and overseeing consistent quality at speed in a fast pace kitchen

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting - especially with pizzas
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in meal presentation and preparation
Previous experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in a high volume enviorment
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Flexibility to work shifts as required, including weekends and evenings if necessary
