Full job description

The Role

Key Responsibilities

MIG welding using jigs to weld up and assemble our products to the highest possible standard (we do not require you to work from drawings).

Welding (MIG) thin steel tubing.
A process engineer who looks to improve every process.
Keeping a safe and responsive work environment.
Quality control / attention to detail in every weld.
Focus and maintain workflow.
Helping out the team wherever possible - cross training.
Eliminate defects in the production line.
Maintain all equipment to the highest standard.

REQUIREMENTS

Have at least beginner experience in MIG welding
Ensure quality is added with each process
Have a good understanding of the set up, operation and maintenance of welding equipment
Understand and implement personal and company safety measures including using the correct PPE at all times
Have great communication skills, they are essential to work with team members and converse with customers and clients
Assemble all components with help of power and hand tools
Be confident to speak up in daily company wide meetings
Be well presented with good dress and demeanour
You self educate by reading books

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
