Full job description

We currently have a vacancy for a Customer Services Administrator to join the Customer Services department. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, representing the brand professionally. You'll collaborate extensively with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences while aligning with business objectives.

Key responsibilities will include;

Order management
Customer Relationship Management
Account management
Communication and coordination

Key Requirements include;

High attention to detail
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a B2B environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
Experience with order management systems and ERP software (SAP Preferably)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.

Pay: £26,500.00 per year
