Full job description

Job Overview
WCN Care are seeking an organised, motivated individual to support our small central team, this role will require spending time in our care homes, to provide direct admin support to our Registered Managers, as well as time in our central office. This role will have access to confidential and sensitive information, so a strong understanding of data protection, GDPR and integrity is a must. This role will be reporting to the HR Manager.

We will not be able to provide any form of work visa sponsorship at any time for this role as it does not meet the requirements for CoS

Duties

Reviewing home staffing rotas and highlighting risk areas to managers ·
Running reports for absence, annual leave and time keeping, highlighting risks to managers and HR team
Ensuring any return to work, flexible working or supervision meetings have been completed by the managers
Reminding managers of final probation review dates and sending passed probation letters to colleagues.
Support HR team with Monthly Colleague Newsletter by getting good News stories and photos from colleagues around the area
Supporting Managers in the homes with filing, scanning and creating documents as requested
Updating Staff Photos for notice boards and picture menus for the homes
Liaising with Training provider to ensure suitable training dates are available to meet CQC compliance
Work with managers to ensure training courses are fully booked
Send out Invites to training attendees and ensure colleagues attend training dates
Ensure training certificates are uploaded to personnel files in a timely manner
Maintain training logs to ensure compliance

Role Requirements:

Exceptional English Language Skills
Integrity
In-depth knowledge of all Microsoft Programmes
Highly organised
Skilled at multitasking
Professional attitude
Administration experience
Confidence working across multiple sites

Desirable

Experience working in the Care or CQC regulated industry
Experience co-ordinating training
Familiarity with HR processes
Ability to create internal communications and content
