Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and engaging Live Streamer to become the face of our streams and help showcase and sell Pokémon products to our growing community.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves Pokémon, enjoys interacting with people, and is comfortable presenting live on camera. You don't need to be a Pokémon expert, but a passion for the hobby and willingness to learn is essential.

Based at our office in Creekmoor, Poole, you'll host live sales events, engage with customers, and help create an entertaining and professional streaming experience.

Key Responsibilities

Host live streaming sales events on eBay, Whatnot and other platforms.
Showcase and sell Pokémon graded cards, sealed products, and collectibles.
Interact with viewers and build strong customer relationships.
Create an exciting, engaging, and professional live stream experience.
Answer customer questions during streams.
Help promote upcoming streams and special events.
Work closely with the Prime Slabs team to achieve sales targets.
Maintain a positive and energetic on-camera presence.
Assist with general streaming setup and presentation.

Candidate Requirements

Essential

Confident speaking in front of a camera.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
Reliable and punctual.
Available to work evenings and weekends.
Able to commute to our Creekmoor, Poole office.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced live sales environment.

Desirable

Interest in Pokémon and Trading Card Games (TCGs).
Experience with livestreaming, social media, TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, eBay Live, or Whatnot.
Sales, retail, or presenting experience.
Knowledge of Pokémon cards, grading, and collecting.
