Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various manual tasks across our site, supporting the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills within a dynamic organisation.

Responsibilities

Assisting with loading and unloading materials, ensuring safe handling at all times
Supporting the preparation and clearing of work areas to maintain organisation and safety standards
Carrying out general labouring duties such as digging, lifting, and moving materials as directed
Assisting tradespeople and other team members with their tasks when required
Maintaining cleanliness of the work site, including waste disposal and equipment storage
Following health and safety protocols diligently to minimise risks on site
Reporting any hazards or unsafe practices to supervisors promptly

Skills

Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labour over extended periods
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team
Good organisational skills with attention to safety procedures
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to manual work environments
Nice-to-have: previous experience in construction or industrial settings
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks
