Full job description

Job Summary

Customer-focused Guest Experience Associate to work across front of house. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for guests/members, providing exceptional service, and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Engagement & Customer Service

Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.

Provide information about services, events, and amenities.

Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests efficiently.

Front-of-House Operations

Maintain a clean and organised environment within all buildings.

Process transactions, payments, and bookings as needed.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service.

Event & Tournament Coordination:

Assist with, corporate outings, and special events.

Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and increase participation.

Problem-Solving & Efficiency

Address and resolve guest issues promptly, escalating when necessary.

Maintain a high level of knowledge about the venue, services, and policies.

Handle unexpected situations with professionalism and composure.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Friendly, approachable, and proactive in assisting guests.

Basic computer skills for reservations, POS systems, or CRM software.
