Full job description

A rare opportunity to learn, lead and ultimately run an established children's sports and activity business.

We are looking for a great coach with strong people skills, entrepreneurial instincts and the operational, commercial and leadership potential to take on increasing responsibility and progress quickly towards taking over the day-to-day running of the business.

Working alongside the business owner, you will gain first-hand experience of what it takes to successfully operate and develop a children's sports and activity business. You will receive mentorship and support whilst gaining exposure to all aspects of the operation, including delivery, staffing, recruitment, customer relationships, marketing, compliance and operational management.

The Role

Key responsibilities will include:

Delivering high-quality after-school clubs, holiday camps and activity programmes.
Supporting the day-to-day operation of the business.
Building positive relationships with schools, parents, children, staff and external partners.
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
Contributing to marketing, social media and customer engagement.
Managing stock, equipment, facilities, rotas and operational resources.
Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, health & safety and regulatory compliance.
Taking on increasing responsibility across all areas of the business.

The Opportunity

The foundations are already in place, including long-established school partnerships, significant HAF delivery, dedicated forest school and indoor activity facilities, and a partnership with a major local visitor destination with significant development potential.

Pay: £12.71-£20.00 per hour
